Kelly is a teaching artist in New York. 

Kelly graduated with a Masters of Art Teaching/Art Education (MAT/AE) in 2013, from Massachusetts College of Art and Design. Kelly received a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) with a concentration in painting from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2008.
